1.PC series hammer crusher, as our company’s third generation crusher, applys to materials whose hardness is similar to the limestone. Compared with other types of machine, we have optimized the crushing chamber for less powder, high yield and good grain shape.

2.Carbon dioxide gas shielded arc welding craft is employed to increase the weld strength.

3.The vibratory stress relief(VSR) is used to reduce the internal stress and improve the strength.

4.Side protection board and upper protection board are made of high manganese steel(ZGMn13). This kind of material has work hardening properties which could provide high wear resistance.

5.The hammer head is made of high chromium alloy steel and the wear resistance performance is better.
